Hi All,
I'm new to the forum, so am a little nervous about posting.
I first noticed a nodule on my penis about 12 months ago and seen a consultant in April this year who said that I had peyronies. I have been living with this without thinking of doing anything, but now my penis is bent to about 45 degrees(when erect) I have bought a 4 xlabs traction device. Does anyone have any advice on use as my penis is only between 1.5 to 2 inches when flaccid

What is more important is your length when erect.

Anyway..... read the following link for some common background information on what this is and how to treat it.

Fatmozz,

I am using the Size Genetics traction device and the instructions say to make the device 1 inch longer than your flaccid penis. You will have to stretch your penis and clamp it in with whatever method the device has. Start slowly and only for an hour or two a day with no additional tension.  After a few weeks you can begin to add traction.  You should notice after a month or so that you will need to add additional length (smallest), then after another month maybe to the second smallest. After about 6-7 weeks my flaccid state was 3/4 of an inch longer. You will know when it is time because you will feel as though there is very little tension and you will be able to increase the amount of time you wear it.  Boxer briefs are the best to wear to keep it tight to the body and it won't show during working hours.  Give yourself a break every 2 hours.  Depending on my work schedule, I try to get 6 hours or more a day in 2-3 hour segments. I am playing to get a phallosan forte because it appears to be much more comfortable and significantly more concealable.  When it comes to these things, cheep isn't the way to go.  If you search hard enough on the web, you will be able to find good coupon codes for discounts.

You will also want to read the area on supplements, especially Magnesium, acetyl l-carnitine and others.

Good luck
John
