Hello all!

I am a happily married 53 year old.

I noticed issues with Peyronies disease about 5 years ago. I never thought it was an issue until my wife had issue with the curvature. I have had type one Diabetes (insulin dependent) Since 1979. I have take very good care of myself all these years. About 10 years ago I started having issues with ED. The first 5 years of the 10, I had limited success with the oral medications. Then the doctor asked if I had used Bi-Mix or Tri-Mix? So 5 years ago I started Bi-mix injections and have used Tri-mix on occasion.  Since I have been using the injections my curvature has gone from slight to a solid 90 degree. One doctor wanted to do surgery, which I wasn't going have any part of. Another just wanted to put in a prosthetic device, and now the 3rd is going to do Xiaflex injections.
Can anyone tell me or direct the topic / subject matter as to what I can expect.
Has Xiaflex improved anyones ED? Do all doctors use traction devices?

Looking for some answers to standard questions.

If there is other legit web based resources, would be interested to hear.

Thanks for the assistance.

Surgery is a last resort.  Consider Magnesium as you may be deficient.  Also, look into the oral supplements and meds along with VED and/or traction.  Old Man is our resident VED expert.  Read a lot here before even considering the scalpel.
