Anyone from Ireland here. Noticed a lump in shaft just over a month ago. The night before I had been drinking and took a small dose of viagra but did not have sex or any sexual activity as I fell asleep. The next night I noticed the small lump halfway up my penis. but I'm not sure was it there already or not. The lump seems to have changed shape a bit since then less bumpy but feels longer. Also theres a kind of twist in my penis at the base or maybe better to describe it as a zig zag.also some dents. I have noticed a slight change in the shape of my penis previously but thought nothing of it. Had sex two weeks ago and seems to have gotten worse. I had trouble getting fully hard but that may have been psychological due to being self conscious of the shape.I'm  Going to make an appointment with a urologist asap.  I have read online a certain number of cases clear up naturally. is this common? I am very stressed out over this.I haven't had an erection in over a week as well but without stimulation that's not uncommon. Might I have just damaged my penis having taken the viagra and fallen asleep!!,

It's difficult to say what your problem is. Peyronies?  Possibly, possibly not.

Is there any pain when getting an erection?  Has your penis started to change shape only when erect?

No, it is not common for Peyronies to disappear of its own accord. In the majority of cases the disease progresses until the acute phase is reached.

Your best bet is to get to a clued up Urologist asap.

No pain when erect, at all in fact, and the shape only changes when erect. the main cause seems to feel like a dent near the base of the shaft on the right side not near the hard small lump I can feel. Hoping to get an appointment with a urologist in the morning.

I don't see how this could cause a problem. The way vaigra/cialis is is a bit complex and basically helps to keep you from losing an erection. But you still meed stimulation to get one. Just taking Viagra doesn't cause an erection.

Also many men take Viagra and then fall asleep. So it would be causing problems for many of us.
