Hey everyone im a 25 year old male and im suffering from some i guess id say minor peyronnies disease. I injured it about 1 1/2 years ago during intercourse with my GF at the time. Im not sure exactly how it happend she was on top and it came out and got the classic pop and instantly got soft. I felt some pain at first but it went away quickly and i was able to continue and finish just fine.

After this happend there was a little swelling the next day and bruising but nothing very serious maybe a super small hematoma. Anyways I got in to see a urologist but I kept having sex and stuff. He initially just examined it and told me to lay off it and take aspirin for the bloodflow. I took the aspirin and i tried to restrain from having sex but it was too hard so i remained sexual active. I went back and told him i was still having problems the dorsal vein was pretty inflamed and a really small hematoma. He perscribed me a creme this time and told me to use that for some months i forget how long he said if i still had problems to come back and he would prolly end up removing my dorsal vein. At one point he sent me for an ultasound of my testicles because they were actually really tender to the touch and a few times when i was ejaculating i got some pain down there. The ultrasound came back good but they never ultra sounded my penis which i thought was weird.

So now in current times ive been getting some hourglassing/slight downward bend. There are also veins that are showing up that i never had seen before. Ive noticed its weird since when i get in like a hot shower ill be flaccid but almost seems my penis gets smaller and stiffer and ive began to notice some wrinkles towards the top of my penis just below the head when flaccid.

I just went and saw a specialist who ultra sounded my penis while i had a medically induced erection. When the ultra sounds came back he told me he thought i might have a small graft but he acted like it was no big deal since i could still get an erection and complete intercourse without pain. To me tho it just doesnt feel right like when im inbetween flaccid and erect i get really bad hour glassing and some deformity after intercourse to when its getting flaccid again. Its weird sometimes it will be full out hourglass sometimes it will look just like one sides dented but when i get erect it seems to straighten out and looks fine other than these veins i couldnt see before.

Anyone have any advice on how i should procede with this? I still have the cream the one urolgist gave me so ive been using that and icing and taking asprin and doing better about not having sex since im not with that girl anymore. It just makes me feel a bit insecure and it just doesnt feel right when im inbetween hard and soft or even when im flaccid in the shower.

Thanks for listening to my story tho, hopefully someone will give me some good advice cause im kinda fed up with these urologist! The first one just had me keep coming back trying different things while my problem seemed to get worse and never even ultrasounded the penis.

Hello,

It sounds like you have been diligent in trying to find the right urologist I am wondering thought if you have found one that specializes in Peyronies. If you haven't please look at the list I sent to you through PM and see if there is one close to you. Since you have already had the ultrasound that is one thing out of the way but make sure to take it with you to the peyronies specialist. If you describes ALL of your symptoms to the urologist and he knew about peyronies I would have thought that he would have prescribed Pentox at least, this is a key factor especially in the early stages, and the symptoms you describe are characteristic of peyronies.

Go through the PM I sent to you and read up on the survivors guide and go through the list of specialist if you have any questions please ask.

Hey thanks for the reply and yeah this last guy i saw was a specialist i went to a new urologist before him and he referred me to the specialist. The specialist actually gave me a shot in the penis to induce a erection then ultrasounded it and said he thought i had a small plauqe. What really annoyed me is how i was telling him how it straightens out when im erect but when im inbetween it gets really reformed and uncomfortable and he basically said "oh dont worry about it you can still have sex without a problem, about 8% the population suffers from some curvature and 7.9% dont do anything about it" So basically told me to suck it up and live with it. That didnt seem very professional to me as i clearly have a problem and even he says he saw a graft.

This is not the urologist for you, many here can testify to having a urologist say the same thing to them, without knowing better at the time they believed what they were told only to find something should have been done. Please seek someone else. you have done enough research to know that something else needs to be done, use this forum to help you, use our list of Urologists to find someone that will be able to help the correct way.

I appreciate that re-ensures me I need to get it looked at by someone else. Im going to continue to use this cream I have and really try and lay off it while I wait too see another specialist. Hopefully if I can really lay off it and use this cream and ice it will go back because I do think its a minor case and the fracture was minor even tho I had the Crack noise and getting flaccid. It sounds bad but man its hard being 25 years old and sexual active and being told you need to not have sex or masturbate for 6-9 months (what the first urologist told me when he gave me the cream I have). You would think there would be a safe medicine i could take to reduce my sex drive while this is going on. I had pain initally but it went away quick and was just slightly sore after until the peyronie's started to come in too play and the peyronies is usually only noticable when im starting to get erect like half way or nasty but ive noticed it bad when i use the restroom like #2. Some other weird things i noticed i mentioned the shower and it almost appears to get hard when flaccid and shrink when im flaccid in the shower and today while i was skateboarding I could just feel it doing the same but after i chill for a bit and take a break it will go back to normal.

My first urologist gave me BS advice as well. It made things worse that he ignored it, and now I just wish I knew what I know now..

Rest actually does help things out. I really messed things up by seated, semi-erect masturbation. Sadly this is how most guys masturbate, every day while sitting applying pressure to their prostates with a half limp dick. This is awful for you in every way imaginable. Is it the cause of Peyronie's? No, but it's a kind of overuse if you ask me.

I could have saved my hourglassing earlier if I would have been more careful, at least I'd like to THINK SO. A lot of guys here will argue that most of the cause lies in the genes, and I totally get that now since I have had some worsening after doing things "right", by my standards.

Masturbate less so your arousal levels make your penis fill out better, this will help keep it's natural shape and remodel stuff that's damaged. Drugs and supplements help that of course. Relaxing the pelvic floor helps a lot of us fill out better too. Overall I recommend a lot of rest, careful masturbation, traction, and the oral supps.

I am 28 and my active phase started at 24 or so. I remember trying to pee in a urinal and having it be so bent, it was just a nightmare. I feel for you man. It will get better.
