First I want to say you people are so amazing and strong, your posts inspire me with your strength, I've been lurking the forum awhile. Here is my story. I've always had a downward curve since I could remember. Not sure if it's congenital curvature or peyronie's from
Pushing erections down as a child because of being embarrassed. Either way, sex has never been a problem. 6 months ago I was masturbating rather roughly and noticed some pain and the large vein on top (superficial dorsal vein) had become very swollen. Not hard, it was and still is compressible, but much larger than it was before. Now in the last 2 months I've noticed in my flaccid state my penis leans to the left, and will rotate/twist counter clockwise. I also noticed that when my erection starts to fill, an hourglass formation appears but disappears after achieving a full erection. I have no problem obtaining an erection, but this flaccid curve and twist and hourglass when semi erect is bothering me. The last 8 days I've been experiencing a decent amount of pain as well, about a 4/10 pain scale. I've already spoke to two urologist and they think I'm over reacting, but my penis was not like this before the injury which caused my big vein to become enlarged. Does this sound like initial symptoms of peyronies? I'm so scared and would love to hear what you people think.

Have many things to do if you have Peyronies, not too much for congenital curvature.
The two urologists you have spoken to are not Peyronies specialists for sure, I am also sure they were overreacting also if it was they penis in the question.
Try to find one for a diagnosis.
I am proposing you also to read as much as you can on the forum to understand what your treatment options are.
By the way, how old you are? The reason I am asking is because some treatment options will be different according to your age.

Thanks for responding. I'm 27 years old. So far I've just been doing the l arginine and natural vitamin e and vitamin e oil. I'm not sure if I've always had peyronies, causing me more succepible to developing another injury.

As I have written before, you should get to a Peyronies specialist to be diagnosed and get treatment if it is Peyronies.
In mean time, you may add CoQ10 to your treatment and maybe change the L-Arginine to L-Citrulline Malate after you will finish your actual stock.
Regarding Vitamin E, including oil, we don't have evidence that it helps Peyronies.
