I split your post off so you have your own introduction topic. We have several members from the UK who might be able to help.

Hi Lachlan
I'm surprised you've been prescribed potoba, particularly as you are in the UK. It can be an uphill struggle to get any kind of prescription here, but the prescription medications that most guys on this forum would recommend are first and foremost Pentox, and daily low-dose Cialis. Cialis is easier to get a script for, particularly if you are experiencing ED as well. It can very much depend on your specialist whether you can get a script for pentox. Many of us have gone into our uro appts armed with published research that you will find on this site, and have come out with prescriptions. Unfortunately there are very few peyronie's specialists in the UK, and unless you have private health insurance you may find yourself with rather limited options. Sadly many urologists have little to no knowledge of modern treatment for the condition, other than 'try taking Vit E and come back in 6 months'.
One thing you should certainly look into is purchasing a VED, for regular moderate therapy. It promotes penile health in general, and can make a real difference in regaining lost girth and a degree of lost length if used appropriately. There are protocols on the VED board for methods of correcting curvature. I highly recommend reading through OldMan's posts on the subject, he is by far the most experienced member on this forum with regard to VED usage.
There are other supplements that many guys swear by, but you should run them by your doctor if you have any other health concerns or long term medications.
Xiaflex injections are a recent addition to the UK arsenal for fighting peyronie's, so make sure you check out that board also, but you might want to try out the less invasive options first.
And last, there is surgery, something generally considered for guys who have a curvature of more than 35 degrees that inhibits sexual activity. The most common form of surgery in the UK is the nesbit proceedure.
