Do I have Peyronie's? (Very concerned)

Hi, I'm 20 years old and recently decided to start masturbating with my left hand (always used my right). I don't know exactly when (after the 1st, 2nd, 3rd time etc. but feel as if this was always developing), but my penis now has indentation on the right side (side & under) from the base continuing 1 inch -more or less- towards the tip. This indentation only occurs when flaccid (accentuated after masturbation) and is not visible when erect. Furthermore, when flaccid I also feel tightening, or pressure, as if the skin is wrapping around the glands and restricting my urethra. I'm very worried and feel as if I cannot inquire about it with anyone. I would appreciate someone's opinion on what the possible problem may be and what is the best thing I can do to recover (or not further exacerbate the damage) - should I refrain from masturbating?

I'm quite sure I also have a small build up of plaque on the top but I'm not completely sure about it. I small dot appears lighter than the rest of the penis when erect (and it looks as if it's is a tiny bump - again, I'm not completely sure). Also, I had lately been experiencing the notorious hour-glass look after masturbation when my penis had returned to a flaccid state.

I had the hour glass look after masturbation since your age as well. If you have deformity after masturbation I highly recommend you regulate it. Masturbate less, and avoid checking your erections. When you do masturbate pay close attention as not to ever clench your pelvic muscles during. Do so gently and with the harder erection possible without clenching or pumping up your penis with your PC muscles.

It would be best to see a true specialist. Traction over the years fixed my case up quite well, and since you caught it early you have a lot of time and options that should be effective.

A regular urologist will likely say you do not have Peyronie's, since he will look for a palpable and hard plaque. Don't let this fool you as it did me. Your symptoms are a hallmark of the begining of the disease, at least it's much like mine was.

I personally recommend light traction (with a device or with hands) at a slight downward angle. Use extreme caution if you decide to do this. I also recommend you see someone apecifically for the bump. Where is the bump and what color is it? How would you describe it?

See a specialist as soon as possible, and consider oral supplements like CoQ10 and a traction device and VED.

The bump is on the top of the penis -between the head and the main shaft (almost unnoticeable, that's why I'm not completely sure - however, I think I feel a minor difference in the hardness of that area). It's only the slightest shade lighter than the rest of my penis when erect and almost unnoticeable when flaccid. I can still achieve a full erect though, but it appears like the right side of my penis is held back by the indent when flaccid.

So you're saying you have an indentation which is in a separate location than your bump? Is the bump cordlike? Does it grow and shrink in size? It's very hard for me or anyone here to tell you what exactly is going on, so keep in mind your first priority should be to locate a specialist nearby.

Your description fits Peyronie's, remember to post again elsewhere once this one reaches 10 posts since its an introductory post. Also feel free to PM me or anyone else. I'm sorry to hear about your indentation and symptoms, but again at your age you should be able to recover some, if not a lot with the treatments commonly used here. Try not to panic, and read up on these forums as much as possible.
