hello everyone,

Thank god there is a place where I can "talk" about this.
Thank you so much for this forum!

I am in a state of shock right now and afraid of even thinking of my errected penis. It started about a week ago, a strange pain in my penis, then a day later a little curve ad now a serious bend.

Sometimes I still think it might be a bad dream or something.. I was traveling until last week and made an appointment with my doc as soon as I got back. In switzerland your doc has to send you to the Uro.. Now that Uro seems to be in vacation and I gotta go to Berlin tomorrow for business, returning on wednesday.. well, I hope I can get to the Uro then or for sure that week.

I am very confused and alone and unsecure.

My penis is gone...

..there is a monstrosity left.

so.. you see where my mind is at right now. I am scared sh**less!

Lunao;

Make sure the Urologist you are seeing is familiar with Peyronie's - takes it seriously, and is up to date with all the latest treatment options. If he even talks about Vitamin E, find another Uro!.

You should read all you can here before your appointment. Familiarise yourself with what is prescribed by the world's leading experts on this subject. Be informed and armed when you go to the Urologist. Believe it or not, there is far more helpful info and knowledge on this site than is possessed by 99% of Urologists. Also, as I have mentioned, many of them still don't take this horrible affliction very seriously.

If I were you, I would get reading this site....

Wha is also important is that you start the fight against Peyronie's ASAP.

well, i had seen 3 uro's in switzerland. but finaly i say: if you have time and money go direct to uro's in germany or austrich  (dr. lahme, dr. schwarzer, dr. herwig , dr. kuhhues)

so, i finally had my visit @ the uro and he confirmed my "diagnosis". so here I am with this bizarre thing.. I gotta say thoug, that it has gotten a little bit better and there is no hard plaque I could feel anywhere.

Once again I find myself in a situation where western medicine just sort of guesses around and I will look into alternative treatments.

I will definitly work with chlorine dioxide and coconut oil, both helped me with other problems before.

hi james,

by touching and ultra sound.

so i am thinking about getting a traction device.. even though i am not shure yet if it is safe at this stage of my condition..

Traction is a possible treatment indeed, but you should check out other treatments also.
What is the treatment the urologist proposed you?

his treatment is "wait and see, it might get better or worse, see you in two months, have good day."

I have ordered ALC, Q10, DMSO and L-arginin, costs me like 200$ :-/ and i am thinking about a penomet or a bathmate and beginning VED treatment.
I use coconut oil (very light massage) and the highly controversal chlorine dioxide also known as MMS (oraly) which helped me before with an ongoing problem..

I used a silicone patch for three weeks but i think i need a new one.

so believe me, i will put up a fight.

Then don't wait and get proactive about fighting this. And yes VED or traction is safe. You don't need to wait. It is best to start addressing this as early as possible.

one weird thing is that i cannot feel or locate any plaque. It feels more like the main vein on top is swollen...

I really am disappointed in the Uro..
felt left alone and guideless..

I am now waiting on my ordered supplies. L-Arginin, ALC, Q10 and DMSO. I will probably order the bathmate amd start with VED.

have a good week everybody:::

UrsusMinor

It was about four months after my curve showed up before I could find my plaque. Now I can find it easily!

I also have two cordlike extensions that run from the plaque up toward the glans, and two doctors have told me that they believe the cords are actually the main cause of the curvature.
