I have just discovered this site. I was researching what would cause curvature in my penis. I believe I have found the answers here.
I remember exactly what I was doing when the injury happened. A little to rough. I don't remember when it was, my timelines are not very good. I never had any symptoms except when turgid, then I could see a slight curve. About 9 months ago, I pretty much quit having sex or masturbating, which I now know is not good for this issue. Recently I was having sex and saw it. An hourglass shaped curve. I had been having a lot of trouble sustaining erections prior to this and used viagra to help.
I would not have known it was Peyronies Disease until I came across this page and saw some pics oh an hourglass curve.
I have found a lot of good info on this site regarding causes. This can obliviously affect you in many different ways. It can cause curves up, down, sideways and hourglass shapes. I have been reading about a lot of the treatments. I would like to know if there are better results for different curves with specific treatments. Is on curve, such as the hourglass harder to treat? Or does one treatment work better on it versus other curves?
Thanks, glad this site is here.

Sorryguy,

If you haven't read it already, there is a lot of basic information here:

For an hourglass type curve I think we would lean towards recommending VED therapy as this treats via lateral forces outwardly, were traction is a stretching force along the length of the penis. Read up on VED therapy (link is on the main forum page) and feel free to PM 'Old Man' as he is the forum expert on VED usage.

I think all treatments are generally good for all aspects of Peyronie's. If I had to guess, I would say VED is the way to go for hourglassing though.
