INFRARED THERAPY EXPERIENCE

Hi, my name is luis Im 34. New here but one year with this disease. Before I start letting you guys know about my infrared therapy experience, I will let u know a little more about how I got here. I hurt my self doing the famous jelq little over a year ago and ended up with hard flaccid penis. Difficult having or maintaining erection. Took vit e and acetyl l carnitine for a couple of months but didn't see any major improvement, so I order some systemic enzymes (vitalzym) on line, hate the side effect for the first two months, I use for about 4 months and it reduce the hard flaccid uncomfortable feeling and help with my erection. I ran out of the supply so I decide to see how I do with out it, it was doing ok 3 weeks. Then went to this therapist to ask him to recommend me something to sleep and i guest he thought I was stress he lay me on this therapeutic bed he told me to relax and put these infrared lights from the bed on my stomach for about 10 minutes. felt my stomach warm when I got home notice it had irritated my penis. went to sleep that night and notice in the middle of the night my erection was flaccid, got panic, couldn't believe I was going trow all these again. I relax five days later started having night erections good hard erections. A week later I had increase libio and instant erection just by looking at my wife. I couldn't believe everything was coming back to normal. Felt good for a month but this last week I'm feeling that is going back to that hard flaccid state. Feeling uncomfortable, hurt.  Back to square one. Maybe if I would have hold back and didn't have sex and let it heel and drank something for proper healing. Don't know what to take for inflammation and to relax it.
