Hello my name is Jeff I am 52 yrs old. I had my first symptom about three years ago which consisted of an hourglass or slightly smaller by the base. After about a month or two thinking this is something that would go away I went to my first doctor. This was still just at the base and caused my penis to bend during intercourse. The doctor said I had peyronies which I had never known exsisted. The doctor told me I need to give it about a year and a half to let it run its course or see how bad it gets. well I am very said to say at this moment I have NO IDEA what to do. I have been to 6 different doctors who told me take vitamin e and Verapimil creams and things that just did nothing. I have many different hard spots in my penis not just one and a curve but several and they are getting bigger. The last doctor told me about a new procedure but said since I have many different places I would not qualify for the procedure. It has gotten so bad my penis is not just hourglassed but its twisting at the head and hard lumps everywhere. I also have a very bad case of Vericocele which started about a year after the peyronies started. I have read ALOT of things about these issues but nobody seems to have multiple plaques and still getting worse after all this time. I am hoping to help someone with the same symptoms or connect with people that can relate to my issues. PLEASE HELP!!!

I split your topic, you will get more attention having your own topic on this board.
First, I would like to say that you are not alone:
Quotenobody seems to have multiple plaques and still getting worse after all this time.
Many of us have multiple plaques (myself also) and the disease continue to develop.
Even that you are three years from the start of this disease, still have what to do.
I was starting with VED, Pentox 3*400 mg, low dose Cialis (2.5 mg if no ED, 5 mg if have ED) and Ubiquinol.
The above treatment made my calcified plaques more soft and eliminated 3 hourglasses.

Thank you for the info James. I am glad you seemed to have found something that at least helps some. I tried the Cialis and it gave me a huge headache and didn't work. I don't think Ed is the main issue for me as I thank God my sex drive is very low. I find myself thinking about how much more plaques can possibly happen and when is this going to at least stop progressing. It is horrible and scary I hope to find something to at least give me some hope. The doctors I have went to offer nothing more than vitamin e and surgery. Hoping for some hope.

Regarding Cialis, I am not talking about for intercourse. Cialis made me also very bad side effects and didn't helped me with ED.
A few researches has shown that Pentox with low dose Cialis helps stopping plaques development and even softening them.
My treatment of VED, Pentox, low dose Cialis and Ubiquinol stopped the progression and even reversed some symptoms.
I got back 1.5 cm length from the 6.5 cm lost to Peyronies, got back some girth (lost 1/2 to the Peyronies) and made my calcified plaques soft enough to inject PRP.
You must to start treatment to stop the progression

jkssite101,

The short answer is we recommmend a combination of a drug called Pentox along with either VED or traction therapy. All of which are covered on this forum.

Also, you need to find a Peyronies specialist and they are not easy to find.

Thank you Les you are so right about finding a Dr. Everyone seems to say the same thing which is nothing. I will look into your suggestion.
Thanks again!!
