Robotic protestcomy in July 2013

Single cylinder VED for first year.    1 minute on 1 minute off for total of 3 minutes duration as prescribed by pump mfg

100 mg Viagra  50/50/100 3 days a week

Regained ability to have natural erection at 15 months.

Used Viagra, Muse, Edex  10 mcg injections

Finally enough firmness for penetration but then discovered that first 1/2 to 1 inch at base of penis ( top , bottom, sides ) would not fill out, and created a wobbly effect  Can not feel any hardening in the area.
First diagnosis by Urologist is that the corpus cavernosum may have been damaged and this prevents firmness at base.  Later diagnosis by surgeon indicated scarring as potential problem.

Just progressed to point where erection is now bending at base point and sticking straight up at a 70 - 80 degree angle with some bend back towards stomach area at the midpoint.   No real loss in length or girth.

No real pain associated with this at this point, but obviously not what I want, or expected.

Any comments on similar issue, and treatments would be greatly appreciated.

Did the doctor make you an ultrasound and confirmed you have Peyronies?
Haw long time and how many time you have injected to your penis? It may be the reason of scar development and Peyronies.
You may want to start a treatment not to lose length and girth.
I am proposing you to start VED, Pentox, low dose Cialis and Ubiquinol.
Myself using Viagra for intercourse, but Pentox with Cialis may reduce the plaque.
By the way, I don't understand your sentence:
QuoteRegained ability to have natural erection at 15 months.
Because you are writing that had surgery in July 2013. It makes 7 months now from the surgery, so from where the 15 months.

No have not done an ultrasound.  Have followup next week, so will discuss that.

Injected about 6 times.  Before the injections I could not achieve an erection that was firm enough or full enough to notice the " band" at the base , but knew something was wrong as
my penis felt very floppy.

The 15 months is from the original date of surgery in July of 2012...  My mistake indicating 2013...  Should have proofread better.

I get a natural ( no viagra) erection while I sleep.  This occurs several times a week, and has been about 50-75 % as firm as when using Viagra.  That has only started within the last 2 months.

I can penetrate using only 50 mg dose, and even better with 100, but the problem is weak at base, and curving which doesn't make it comfortable.

Thanks for your response and direction.
