hi guys i am nearly at breaking point about what my GP has revealed to me i have a very bad  peyronies disease mypenis is not bent my trouble is i have a very large gathering of skin allround the circumfrence of my penis i am l losing roughly 4 inc of my penis and i get so down at times i need help is there anything that can help me i sit and cry at night please help me

I merged your two topics because in the first one you are asking for help but not saying nothing regarding your problem.
First you need to see a good urologist as soon as you can.
Second please give us some more details like:
How long ago the symptoms started?
Do you know the reason of starting the symptoms?
What are your symptoms except the shrinking?
The shrinking is in length (4" you are stating), in girth or both?
Dimensions before and now/
Do you have ED?
If erect also shorter/less girth?
