Hello I found the posts here helpful so I decided to sign up.

I noticed my problem a few months ago.  I have an indentation all around near the head of my penis.  I saw a regular doctor that referred me to a urologist.  This urologist was not a specialist and told me to do nothing.  Then I tried the physician finder at www.peyroniesassociation.org and saw the doctor from Johns Hopkins in Baltimore.  I was very prepared with questions and photos.  Unfortunately, he was only interested in performing surgeries and since I am not that severe a case he gave me the impression that I was wasting his time and then dismissed me.  For now I am trying things that don't require prescription like Vitamin E and Q10.  I purchased a traction device and have used it only minimally because I ache after using it and I am afraid it might injure me.  I am also having difficulty emotionally.

I am lost without a doctor's advice.  Does anyone know of a doctor in the DC, MD, or south-central PA area that will actually help me?

Thanks I appreciate everyone's advice

There is a physicians list under the Urologist heading on the home page. Any doctor listed there has been referred, or not referred, by a member of this board.
For an indentation, traction is not likely to help you. You would be better off with a VED. If your problem can be treated by physical means, it has a better chance. Good luck.
