I have had a very small bump under my skin close to the head of the underside of my penis for years now appearing to be almost attached to a large vein. I never thought much of it because it never grew in size and is completely painless and practically not visible without an erection. Recently I have been more sexually active  and have noticed it become larger, especially after sex. The bump is almost like a splinter, it feels kinda hard to the touch under the skin. After examining closer it really appears like a splinter, if I move it around it holds its shape and from too much pressure it almost popped like a pimple but it still looked like a white splinter that poked thru the skin and was still fairly hard stuff. I have been reading online for hours now and there is so much mixed info I am clueless to what this is. Peyronie's desease, thrombosed vein, sclerosing lymphangitis.. I am beginning to think that it is early signs of peyronies since I have had it for years. I am 27 years old and this is the most stressful experience of my life. Please help if you have any information about what this may be. thank you

It sounds like a condition I had on my scrotum many years ago. It was a cyst. I had it removed in the urologist office. It was a simple painless procedure.

Find a good urologist. It could just be something simple.  From your description it does not appear to be early peyronies. Don't continue to stress about it. The sooner you get it taken care of the better you will feel.

Come back and let us know what the doctor says.
