drjohnok here.  I'm 67 and havent' had Peyronie's long but am considering penile implant to correct although coitus is still possible and comfortable.  A new drug ( CCH ) is in clinical trials to treat Peyronies with an injection into the placque that causes Peyronies (also going to be used on the same problem in the hands); two injections and it's supposed to be a CURE, not a treatment.  I'm considering waiting to see if CCH gets FDA approval late this year because my uro now won't use anything but a 700 CX (due to the Peyronies, which only potentially increases girth, NOT LENGTH) while the LGX will provide improvements in length AND girth.  IF CCH is approved & resolves my Peyronies, I could have the LGX implanted and feel better about my prognosis.  Thoughts?

Read everything you can find about Xiaflex on the forum. That's the drug you are waiting for. Here are some guys from the trial and I wouldn't expect wonders from the drug.
