Hello from ISRAEL, 29 year old with peyronie's

Well.. What can I say? hello everyone. my name is ITAMAR, I'm from ISRAEL. I have Peyronie's and curvature of about 70 percent leftside - haven't seen an urologist yet - because I live in ISRAEL, it takes 1 month to get an appointment with an urologist. so I've got serious questions about my disease - should I order traction devide allready before the disease get worsen? what is the best. also what should I do? what is the most important question I should ask the urologist + should I force him to give me ultrasound scan or not?
