Hi there everyone, I am 22 and from Bangkok, Thailand (I am thai therefore excuse me for my english)

I've been noticing a Lump on my penis shaft for about a month and half (22/3/13) now, but I believe that the injure started around the 25/1/13 (from a sexual intercourse with my girlfriend)

It was slightly discomfortable and a very little ache / zapping pain when the penis is flaccid about 2 weeks after I discovered the Lump.
The size of the Lump has been increasing (since day 1) slightly around 4mm and harden up slightly, and it located on the bottom side of my shaft, upper left near the Corona and closer Uretha (which somewhat I can, not so often feel a zapping pain when I pee) To my concern, the pain is little physically, but mentally disturbing.

The curve is around 30 degree to the right when it is flaccid (notice: it curves to opposite side of the plaque) and yet to have any curve when it fully erected. No pain on erection (since day 1) However, the last 2 times of masturbating, I do feel a zapping pain around the plaque area when I ejaculating.

I have been seeing a Uro at one of the best Hospital here in Bangkok twice now, yet he seems to be very calm and only told me to take Vit E 400 twice daily which I am not entirely sure if It helps, which on my second follow up appointment due to my worries about the disease, he still said to me to not worry so much and wait and see how it goes.

Here are my concerns,
1. Is it normal for my penis to curve when it is flaccid to the opposite side of the plaque, and yet to curve at when it erected?
2. Is the zapping pain a bad sign to a much more predominated pain or should I be concern about the location of my Plaque?
3. Should I start taking Pentox (trental 400), which after some research on the side effect, I do scared about the possible lead to cancer (I have a cancer history in my family), and If so how should I convince my Uro or do I need to do some blood test before taking it, PS: you can just get the trental 400 without prescription here.
4. Are there anyone here from Thailand or have any knowledge about a specialise Peyronie Uro here in Thailand?
5. Should I still or can I still have sex or masturbation, even with the zapping pain sometimes when ejaculating?

Thanks everyone here soo much in advance for all the great and very helpful information here in this e-community.

Warmest

First off I would encourage you to read the following required link. This will provide a common starting point and may answer some of your questions.

MUST READ BEFORE YOU POST - Information for new members - Peyronies Society Forums

Curves while flaccid are nearly impossible to measure and can vary depending on your level of nervousness, temperature, etc. Whether if bends to or away from the plaque is not relevant in my opinion.

What is relevant is the condition of your erection. If I understand your post correcetly you have no curve while erect....?? Then it seems to me that what is bothering you the most is the pain, and Pentox would be a good place to start. I don't know of any cancer side effects from Pentox.

I too was a little surprised that you seemed to suggest cancer associated with pentox.

I want to say that pain with urination or ejaculation is NOT typical with Peyronies Disease.  Make very sure yo have a proper diagnosis.
