I am diagnosed with peyronies 4 months ago , though I think its been present longer then a year , started with some uncomfortable sex with a woman who was too vigorous and bent my penis painfully downwards 2 years ago .  ED became apparent later on(about another 4 months gradually ) ,I had been drinking beer very heavily .........Not much lately last 3 months........ I havent had sex for over 2 years now ,since this experience ,.........,after about another 4/5 months my penis .if anywhere near erection ( say at night for urination ) started  turning up at or near the glans and is much smaller, very tender ....also thinner and has been getting slightly worse ever since  , a semi erection is uncomfortable .  No action or drugs been taken ,  only last 2/3 weeks have been taking small doses Vitamin E ( large dose causes with  flushes )  lots of cranberry juice    .........Interestingly since I thought to try anything to improve situation ...............today I restricted penis at base    with a band and coaxed a half erection ,  it did not seem to be causing pain and continued to grow to almost a fairly full erection, and not too uncomfortable, when I released the constriction of course it was back to the turn up state , BUT not as bad !!!!!!  I wonder should I try Viagra to get the blood low full ,  though I am scared that I could be in a lot of pain for hours if this goes wrong ,,, is it worth  try ???

If ED is an issue, I would try Viagra or Cialis. These drugs don't create an erection without some type of stimulation. Remove the stimulation and your erection should subside.

There is always a risk or a prolonged erection as everyone's body reacts differently.

You have stated:
QuoteI am diagnosed with peyronies 4 months ago
Who made the diagnosis? it was a urologist or a GP?
How he diagnosed you?
He prescribed you some treatment?
I understand from your post that you are not doing any treatment and this is very BAD. I didn't treat my Peyronies in the first three years and I am shorter now by 2" and lost 1/2 of the girth.
You have to be proactive with this disease.
My daily treatment is:
3*400mg Pentox (Trental), if too much side effects 2*400mg.
4mg Cialis (cutting the 20mg in 4 pcs.
2*500mg Acetyl L-Carnitine
2*1000mg L-Arginine
3*100mg Ubiquinol, ( if younger than 40 may use 3*100mg CoQ10, much cheaper)
VED, 20 minutes
You can expect improvements after six months or more, some people have faster improvement. Consistency is the key of this treatment.
