Curious if anyone has similar experience. I have a very thick plaque on my left side (also extends above and below, sort of like a "C" shape. It's  so thick you can actually visibly see a bump where the plaque is when flaccid. I only developed the plaque 2-3 months ago, but was having pain / slight curve in February so assuming it's been developing for a bit.

My question is: for those with larger/bumpier plaques, did you ever notice a decrease in plaque size or that it smoothed out a few months after injury? Thinking along the lines of a typical scar on the skin, it usually "fades" / becomes less raised over time. Any instances / similarities with Peyronies plaque? I'm on pentox, tadalafil, VitE and othersupplements.

Also worried that a plaque of this size may eventually cause blood flow / ED issues. Does size of plaque usually correlate to either of these issues? And if so, is traction / VED the best way to stop it?

My plaque that I had was kind of like the size of a small marble. It was internally located and it eventually has disintegrated. This has been over the past 5 years though. Plaques change size and some disappear on their own. That is why this disease is very unpredictable. Hopefully yours will also dissipate in time.

Anything you attribute most to your success of it dissipating? Obviously probably hard to pinpoint a singular treatment, but figured I'd ask regardless :) thanks!

This is why I'm not correcting it with surgery.

The curvature isn't severe enough to interfere with intercourse and I'm hoping over time it will soften with treatments and eventually dissolve.
