I'm 64, married, and have had Peyronies Disease for about a year and a half.  Actually, I've had a left curvature since I first started getting erections.  Somehow, I woke up with a significantly shorter penis one morning, or maybe it was happening, and I missed it.  I lost 2 inches and a good amount of girth.  The head is now bent upwards.  Also, very little blood was getting to the head of the penis.  I tried the shockwave/pulsing therapy, and if anything, I got worse.  Went to the urologist and found out I have 2 plaques - one mid-shaft, and one near the glans.  I started Xiaflex, and have had 2 rounds of injections in each plaque.  We're waiting for insurance approval to administer the final 2 treatments to each plaque.  I have had some flaccid and erect improvements, so I'm anxious to continue.  From the posts I've read thus far, I've started taking Cialis nightly to improve blood flow and reduce inflammation.  Other than that, I continue to do the stretching and modeling.

I'm over 6 weeks past my last Xiaflex injection, is it safe to use a gentle VED?

Also, could I safely benefit from traction at this point?  If so, is RestoreX the best option?

Thanks!

Hey edwood!

Welcome! You should definitely jump on board the vacuum device. It helps a lot and there is a protocol you can find on this board about it. Restorex is an excellent option too. Plenty of members that posted There results and have had results with it. They also posted pictures. Please stay strong and focused. This takes time. And if the conservative therapies fail, you can always go for an implant which many doctors recommend at your age.

Thank you for the welcome and the encouragement.  I'm definitely going to try anything that might help.
