Be Careful! Reinjury After Oral

After seeing improvements using a combination of supplements, hyperthermia, and traction, I think I may have injured my penis again.

Five days ago, my girlfriend was giving me a blowjob, and she accidentally scratched my penis multiple times with her teeth. I felt discomfort but continued anyway, only changing positions. Later, when I got home, I noticed irritation, tingling, and a burning sensation, especially around the area of the plaque. The discomfort comes and goes.

Yesterday, I started feeling a similar sensation on the other side of my penis. I really don't want this to turn into Peyronie's disease again. Could this just be skin irritation or a nerve issue that will heal with time? Or is there a risk of developing another plaque?

I'm also wondering if this could have affected the tunica albuginea, causing microtrauma or inflammation. What could be the reason for this reaction? Could repeated friction or minor trauma trigger more fibrosis?

Most importantly, is this something serious, or will I be able to get back to where I was before? What's the best way to handle this to avoid long-term problems? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Imo man it's gonna take abstinence. And this may be difficult but my urologist would say you're out of commission right now, the pain will keep you honest. That means no using it till for sure it's healed. If you're gonna use it though, don't be vigorous. It may take some time. No looking at porn, no sex, no masturbation. Nocturnal erections at night will aid repairing it. But no Racey material, and don't use it until you're comfortable in doing so. If the problem persists or if you can't handle it, I'm lovingly telling you to see a urologist. That's what they're there for, doctor if the penis. Their job is to worry about your penis, I know you worry too but that should be his job not yours. Unfortunately the penis is like our babies, we don't want any harm to them, we must protect them. Good luck it's a very important and special organ 100%.
Penile fracture at 22, left untreated, did not heal properly, dealing with complications of the injury. Diagnosed with lacerations to the tunica albuginea, as well as Ed.

Thanks, man. I really appreciate the advice. It makes a lot of sense, and I know patience is key, even though it's tough. The idea that nocturnal erections help with repair is reassuring because I've been worried about not using it at all. I'll definitely stay away from anything stimulating and give it the time it needs.

I already consider myself healthy, I train, fast, take supplements, and my erections are good, so I hope that encourages the healing process. Do you think manual traction would be a good idea at this stage, or should I hold off for now?

Hey bud, that's good you're a healthy young man. I would say to each their own when it comes to traction as idk what that really is, but then again I'm very conservative as I injured myself jelquing one time! I would say just like anything take one step at a time lol. But then again I'm biased lol. I would say heal the penis first, one step at a time because essentially you could always have plenty of time to do it later right? Just the conservative side of me saying you don't want any complications from traction device at this point!

Mistersai, instead of traction I have a worry that you might injure yourself again from traction device. I also would recommend IF you need help avoiding porn and it's too tempting, try the bulldog blocker app. I know it costs money but it's worth it only if necessary though.

In my opinion, this would cause you no harm other than irritating the skin. Provided she was gentle and only the teeth scratched your skin. If anything, give it a few days rest and see how you feel after that.
