Hi all. I'm thankful to find this forum. 60 years old had sudden onset of hourglass Peyronies Disease near base. Now ED that is for the most part refractory to 50mg viagra with Cialis mixed in. Can achieve erection with difficulty but can't maintain it. Have been using VED and RestoreX and thankfully haven't lost much in length girth except for indent. Also have neuropathy in penis and not diabetic. Non smoker but did develop CIRS - mold/biotoxin poisoning that has likely been a factor. I think I'm headed towards a prosthetic- too many questions to put all here. Can someone guide me to the right area of forum. I'm going through the same fear and grieving that I suspect everyone else is as well. Open to any input on what getting a prosthetic with circumferential hourglass correction entails. Seems complicated
60 rapid onset hourglass June 2023. Single and no sex for over a year
Tried gainswave, prp restorex VED 5 cialis daily penotxifline supplements. Now ED. Considering implant

Welcome Willl2024 to the forum. Thank you for filling out your signature line. Please download and read our survival guide --> Survival Guide. This will give you a greater understanding of peyronies and it's different treatments.

Sorry to hear about your condition. So in 2023 you had an injury or peyronies was diagnosed? Did you have an erect ultrasound? Do you have a peyronies Dr? Is your neuropathy pain or numbness etc...? Have you gotten any positive results from traction or VED therapy? So does Cialis help with erections at all?

Conquering the worry aspect and anxiety is a big part of the recovery process. Bodily inflammation is a main culprit in the disease also. Anything to address that is a plus. Hour glassing can be difficult to resolve but it is not impossible with dedication and consistency. I would continue on with the traction and VED therapy. An implant is indicated when you can no longer achieve and maintain a sustainable erection. The success of the implant relies totally on the physician. Dr Eid in NY is my first choice for a surgeon and he is a guest here on the forum. The main thing to remember is that this is a marathon and not a sprint.  :)
