Hi All, I have some hour glassing towards the base, its resulted in a loss of say 30% length/ girth and also  it doesn't look aesthetically pleasing. Can xiaflex help with this or has anyone else had any success with any other method or procedure?

thanks in advance Dan

Sorry to hear about your condition. So did you have an injury? Have you been diagnosed from your DR? Any ultrasounds? It does sound like you may have peyronies and yes Xiaflex is successful when performed with the right Dr. Dr Trost is one of them who has developed his own protocol for administering the drug. Other forms of treatments that are used here are Traction and VED therapy. Read up on these two forms as they do provide a lot of recovered size/length. It just takes time though. This disease is a mysterious one that can affect each man differently. You need to adopt the mindset that this is a marathon and not a sprint.  :)

Hi Mike,
Fixed up the signature.

No injury to speak of, just developed over a 2 week period for unknown reasons. Dr Trost, is the one from Utah? I am based in Australia and Xiaflex is not available here, I'm not sure if it would be possible to ship it in and have it administered by a local doctor but I would be willing to fly to the US. As far as I know it's not illegal here. I didn't know what VED was but after looking into it I realise I do use a pump already. I had scans done about 6 months ago and the plaque seems to have gone but the hourglassing still remains, i assume the plaque did some damage to the inside of my penis, not 100 percent sure.

If you have the means to travel then I would highly suggest having a consult with Dr Trost and then decide what his best suggestion would be. He does have a very high success rate with Xiaflex administration. Traction could also prove to be helpful in your case.
