Does anything help “banding?”

I developed Peyronies about 2 years ago and it's progressed to the point where I can't have normal intercourse anymore.  I tried Gainswave and as some of you probably know it's a scam.  It seems that my only options are surgery to remove the scar tissue which I'm told has about a 50% chance of leaving you with no feeling at all in your penis, the plication surgery which terrifies me for obvious reasons and the device that's supposed to stretch the scar tissue.  The other part that I haven't seen addressed is what one person called "banding."  Even before the disease became evident I noticed that while getting an erection the top half and base of my penis would engorge but there was a ring around the middle that created a sort of hourglass effect, but it would gradually fill in.  Now it doesn't, with full-blown peyronies my erections are almost impossible to maintain and the banding seems to be constructing the erections.  Does anyone know if any of the treatments affect this "banding" and if you can think of any reasons I shouldn't just give up and blow my brains out?  Sorry - this is horribly depressing.

Have you seen an urologist? Xiaflex can be quite successful in dissolving scars.

I tried two of the shots and they were extraordinarily painful and I was told my another urologist that they're only about 30% effective

Xiaflex does not do anything for hourglassing. Unfortunately if you aren't able to have erections or sex with hkurglassing the only thing is implants. There is no fix for hkurglassing

But why not? If Xiapex can dissolve plaques, it would be logical to assume that it could help with
Hourglassing if injected in the right places

It's not that simple. But I think there've been some accounts of people getting their dents somewhat improved thanks to Xiapex
