Introduction - Peculiar Symptoms

Hey all,

Decided to introduce myself after lurking for a while.

I am 25 and have been experiencing peculiar symptoms for the past year and a half. I'll list them here.

- Several indentations in the top third of my shaft when erect, mostly on the left side. Strangely, these indentations can only be felt, not seen (however they are definitely there)
- The top third of my shaft (where I have the indentations) is always somewhat hard when flaccid (feels like about a 50% erection), even while the base and middle are soft and elastic like a normal flaccid penis
- Mild shortening
- Semi erect deformities: the bottom half of my penis will fill up normally and uniformly while gaining an erection, while the top half will lag behind (due to slower blood flow/less elasticity), creating a tapering effect
- Mild intermittent flaccid pain (has greatly improved compared to 5-6 months ago)
- Occasional mild erect pain that seems to be triggered by touch, feels like a short burst of a pinprick type sensation (I think this is different than the type of erect pain commonly associated with Peyronies Disease)
- No erect curvature

Have not been formally diagnosed with an ultrasound.

Currently not doing any therapies, but was taking cialis and pentox for about 10 months before stopping this past September.

I never had an injury per se, but would frequently masturbate flaccid/semi erect due to ED/lower EQ from adderall usage. I stopped this when I first began noticing these symptoms.

Hi jontythegnome,

Welcome, I'm glad you're here to help yourself get better.  The first thing I would do if you can is go to a urologist and get checked up, just in case there's anything else going on.  Second, I think you would benefit from VED. Sounds like the top third of your shaft has hardened and could use blood flow.  This is also something you can ask your urologist.
