Hi chaps

55 year old non congenital (injury) Peyronie's sufferer here, now two weeksp after nesbit 16 point plication and struggling.. A lot... On so many levels! 🙄😬

Anyhoo.. As well as being here for whatever help and support (moral or otherwise) I can get, I suppose I can also offer first hand experience of at least one surgical option with regards to Peyronie's.. May be better to ask my thoughts in a couple of months rather than now though.. Right now, you ain't going to get much positivity out of me! Although, the whole experience has reminded me of my love for Lancashire comedian Mike Harding, and during his ward visit after the op, I did find myself asking the surgeon if he could take away the pain but leave the swelling....  It was totally lost on him! 🙄😅

Welcome to the forums. I'm sure you've already read the survival guide... you already had plication surgery. Do you mind explaining what kind of injury caused your peyronie's?

Have always had quite an 'adventurous' sex life, so in reality, there could be many small injuries accumulated over the years that have gone without notice..  I am pretty sure though, that it was an incident with a cock ring a few years ago.  For the uninitiated, you have to pull your testicles through first and then fold your cock to get it through and then all is good, the same process in reverse to get it off..

I vividly remember on one occasion about 3 years ago being a bit hasty to get it off, I was still semi erect, and went to fold everything up and things didn't go as expected..  Felt a little like folding a cardboard tube.. It just 'gave way, and I remember at the time thinking hmmmm, that didn't feel good.. Might have been a bad idea!  Anyhoo..  Didn't think anything more of it. But started to get achy pain, particularly when erect.  Even went to the doc about the pain but he dismissed it as nothing.  About a year later, I was making love with the wife and, overnight, it had completely changed shape.  45 degree upward bend..  2/3 the way up the shaft.  After about 7 months  the painful erections  subsided and then after a year with no change, I got a referral to a consultant who suggests plication.   Sex was still possible but not easy and it was causing the wife some discomfort, so I had to do something.

Sounds painful, sorry you had to go through that and end up coming here. If you plan to stick around, could you please fill out your signature line, with your age, deformity/condition? Makes it easier for everyone else to discuss your issues.
