I'm 25 and as I stated in the subject I've had Peyronies for as long as I can remember. I wasn't able to put a name to it until last year though as I went though a mental breakdown upon finally admitting to myself what I truly had. I have a very severe case at an 80° angle upwards and around 6 inches long, never had any pain or erectile dysfunction. No issues getting it up and keeping it up either , it's rock solid when up as well. Not a single living soul knows I have it, it is the most shameful and cruel thing to be cursed with, a dick that works perfectly fine but is completely incompatible with woman. Its given me an intense fear of intimacy that has ruined countless relationships and continues to plague me to this day. Never been in a relationship or even romantically touched by a woman and the thought of having to tell a girlfriend about my condition makes me sick to the stomach. Haven't got it checked out by a doctor as I'm on my parents insurance and I'd  much rather kill myself then tell them the mental anguish I've suffered my entire life. My therapist doesn't even know about my condition and its the root of a lot of my issues. All in all peyronies gets a 0.5/5.

Hey man!

If you have had the curvature all your life, it is congenital curvature (you were born with it)!!

Peyronie's Disease is a wound healing disorder which causes scarring in the penis which creates a deformity. Peyronie's Disease is often triggered by an injury and you'd often be able to feel hard tissue in your flaccid penis and it usually is painful.

In your case, what you are dealing with sounds like a severe case of congenital curvature. 80 degrees upwards would likely cause problems with sex. But please don't freak out! We have extremely reliable surgeries that can fix you to near straight (or even to a nice mild upward curve that the ladies will absolutely love ;) ).

The first thing you need to do is talk to your local urologist! Show him pictures of your erect penis and confirm your story. Please don't be afraid of going to the doctor. Even under your parents insurance, just let them know you need to speak with a urologist about some concerns you have. This isn't your fault - you were born with it!
26 years old. 20 degree upward curve with slight clockwise twist. Symptoms onset Dec 20.
Dr. Levine says it's not Peyronie's Disease but a slow healing wound. Saw him Mar 21 and May 21.
Traction (PMP) and supplements per Dr. Levine's recommendation.

You are 25 and always had a curve without pain, deformity or ED as far as you remember .... How do you know it's peyronies and not just congenital something you were born with ?

Thanks guys for the info, that's the one worst thing about looking up symptoms online, it always goes to the worst scenario. I'm seriously considering going to a doctor for it now and the more I think out it the more likely it isn't Peyronies Disease, but with how medically similar it is I'm kinda in the same crappy  boat.

Not at all! Congenital curvatures do not get worse over time. You will not get pain or erectile dysfunction as a result of your deformity. Peyronie's Disease typically gets worse over time, can be painful, and can sometimes cause erectile dysfunction.

You are dealing with one problem - an upward curvature that prevents successful intercourse. A single surgery, done at the hands of a top surgeon, will bring you back to function with extremely high reliability and satisfaction rate.

Please don't worry about this bud. Get to your local urologist, confirm your story with him (show him erection pictures), and report back here. We'll help guide you on the best surgeons to fix you up! Feel free to browse in our Congenital Curvatures section of the forum to see other men who went through what you are facing.

You are gonna be absolutely fine man. You are still young, with plenty of amazing sex ahead of you. And hey, your surgeon will probably not make you perfectly straight but leave you with a slight upward curvature which means you'll end up with a penis shape that is preferred by most women! A slight upward curve means you'll naturally stimulate a woman's g-spot - you are gonna rock a girl's world very soon!

It has been said already, but the most important thing to repeat is "get a great surgeon."  Do not get a good surgeon.  Take your time and get a great surgeon.  It is once and done.  A great surgeon is NOT someone who does surgery on men and women for various conditions.  It is NOT someone who treats urinary tract infections, kidney stones and does surgery.  It is a penile surgical specialist who has done thousands of surgeries on penises.

Become educated on the types of surgeries to correct congenital curvature because that IS what you have.  If you follow the advice you have been given, you are going to be completely fine.  Most men here would be thrilled to be in your situation.

Now, GaussRifle told you about your signature line.  Please be courteous and take the steps he outlined, and fill your signature in.  You will get more answers and much better answers for your case.

This is one of the most important pieces of advise you will get or find on the subject.  You need to find a great surgeon that gives a crap and dedicates his/her practice to restore penises.  Period.

Welcome LifeLongSufferer to the forum.  You have been given excellent advice - take heed and use it.  So do you have a good relationship with your therapist?  It would be healing and a comfort if they knew a little about your condition.

Also stop using the word " never" !  It is such a permanent word with no hope in it.  You will overcome this in your life.  You are young and this is just your "rough" spot in the course of your life that you have to deal with. Are you going to let it define who you are?

So you say you have never been touched by a woman - well then you have something to look forward to and you will find the right one!

Keeping things silent though is not good. Get into a great surgeon if at all possible and don't be ashamed of your dick! All of us guys here have one! Just know that you are not alone here and there are a lot of us who have been right where you are now emotionally!  Work your plan.  :)  Mikel7    There was a sign I remember in my dentists office that was on the ceiling that read  " Keep Smiling" .
