Hi.

I saw a urologist for my penis pain, ED, and indentation I noticed recently but they were somewhat dismissive, though he did feel for any plaque and said there wasn't any. I am going back again next week after being prescribed Cialis. I still don't have a diagnosis. I'm worried about masturbating and making it worse. Here are some pictures of what my penis looks like now, I am able to get an erection, but it can be difficult and it's jarring to see the hourglass shape when im in the middle of getting an erection. I'm a 33 yr old guy. Any help on whether this is Peyronies would be appreciated, thank you. https://imgur.com/a/ZVUvfi2

Welcome to the forum GH.
We have developed a document that will answer questions you probably do not even know enough to ask at this point.  It is critical that you read it very carefully, probably more than once.
Here is the link https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.0.html

The other important thing is that we cannot help men if we know nothing about their situation. Please complete the signature line that shows up below all your posts and private messages.
It is important to include things like.
Age
When your symptoms started
nature of deformity
and Erectile Dysfunction
have you been diagnosed
relationship status
Treatments tried

Here are instructions on how to do it.  If you have problems, I will help.  https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,10819.0.html

That very much looks like Peyronie's to me. I advice you start traction and VED ASAP. Follow the guide that Hawk posted and let us know if you have any questions.
Injury in April 2020. Onset of ED.
Started RestoreX and VED 2 months after injury.
Taking 10mg daily cialis, pentox, coq10, vit-e.
Traction (+1 inch)/VED/PGE-1/DMSO+X

I can't find Hawk's traction and VED guides. Can you send me a link when you have a chance? Thank you.

Will you complete your signature line as I suggested in my last post?

Hey friend,

Did you bring these pictures in and show the Urologist?  How can they be dismissive, especially with the second pic?  Did he suggest Peyronie's?

Also, your first pic looks normal when erect then the second pic down it is indented all around, I am confused by the two pics?  Is the second pic (showing indentation) during the process of an erection (not fully erect)?

I would definitely bring the pic showing the indentation to his office when you go back.  If he is still dismissive, I would find another Urologist.  Clearly, there is an indentation and you deserve an explanation, via ultrasound or whatever it takes if the Urologist cannot feel any plaque(s).

Also, yeah, I would stop all sexual activity personally until you know exactly what is going on.  Really push for that ultrasound.

If you don't mind me asking, how long did this take to develop?  Is it still developing?  Was there a trauma that you recall (masturbating or sex or injury)?

When he would fill out his signature line we would not have to type out all those questions when we try to help.
