Hi everyone from Spain, (sorry for my english)
My name is Juan, I'm 38 years old.

I've been diagnosed Peyronie a month ago.

It all started while intercourse with my girlfriend I felt little pain which remained for days so I went to couple urologists who both told me I was starting Peyronie. Did an ecography whioch showed no calcified plaque so the fibrotic plaque is starting.
The urologist just said to wait how it goes...no meds, no nothing, just wait...

Currently I have little pain (both in erection and flacid) and upward curve after the glans (about 20º). Very worried, anxious, depressed...

I've been reading about the disease and already started an oral theraphy, at least I will never regret for not have tried.

Current treatment:
Vit E 400 mg 2/d - Arginine 1000 mg 2/d - Carnitine 1000 mg 2/d - Propolis 1000 mg 2/d - Omega 3 - Vit C 1000 mg 1/d - Zinc 10 mg 1/d

Considering on getting shockwaves and get a VED.

Welcome. We have a very similar situation, although my curvature is wider... Did you go to an urologist specialized in peyronie or a regular one? I am not having that luck here in Portugal.

And about the propolis, are you have pills or liquid?

Went to a regular urologists. Maybe I should go to an specialist on peyronie to try to get pentox presciption? It seems is widely used by the members of the forum...

I bought propolis pills in Amazon.

Good to know about propolis pills. Was it on Amazon.es?

I am trying to go/find a specialist on peyronie for the moment.

My regular urologist did not prescribe anything and couldn't "feel" any plaques, but prescribed several ecographies. So I am on that stage now.

I am also taking vitamin E, C, D + Coq-10 + Citrulin + Omega 3 + Magnesium and trying to have a healthy lifestyle.
Don't use ved or traction yet.

Yes I'm trying to read and learn as much as I can. Sometimes even twice as there is a lot of new info for me...

I won't go to shockwave for now. Not sure about pros-cons. I'm worried to worse more than improve.

I'm decided to start VED. Still lost in the matter. Which device to get? Is it recommended even for the acute phase? I still have pain during erections.

Yes, you can use the VED during the acute stage.  Start by reading the protocols in the VED section.  The one or three cylinder Soma brands are popular, but any one will do.

TonySa, could you please explain why you wouldn't consider shokwave for peyronie?

I understand from the studies it's not been helpful for Peyronies Disease but occasionally somewhat helpful for ED.  Also, lots of reports here from guys that it hasn't been helpful—search to read them.
