Hello everyone, like most of you I believe that I suffer from Peyronie's disease. My symptoms are narrowing on the left side when semi-erect, bands in the middle of the shaft seemingly constructing the penis when semi-erect (they kind of look like wrinkles on a forehead), two soft lumps on the right side, one soft lump on the left side, a small amount of pain after masturbation when flaccid, I used to masturbate prone/ without lube even when soft which is what I believe caused this all, weak morning erections/weak nocturnal erections, trouble maintaining an erection (I believe that my Erectile Dysfunction caused my Peyronie's but I can explain that in another post if anyone wants me to). I have been to two doctors so far (one primary doctor and one urologist) and they both tried to tell me that nothing was wrong with me.  The urologist tried telling me that my loose skin was causing the narrowing and the bands when semi-erect (I'm circumcised). Is this possible? He also tried telling me that my lumps were enlarged veins... even though they don't have a bluefish color to then like all my other veins, even when I light it with a flashlight. He tried telling me that the reason my morning erections were weak was because I'm fixating on it too much... obviously wrong. The biggest thing that concerns me about his diagnosis is how he said that Peyronie's patients of his usually have a completely abnormal curvature, which is true but he said it in a way that made it like the only form of Peyronie's is a totally deformed penis. Judging by the thousands of people on this forum, many don't have any abnormal curvature yet still have some deformity due to scar tissue/lumps, and I think I am in that group too. So it's almost like he went into it saying well he doesn't have any abnormal curvature so it can't be Peyronie's and just discounted everything that I had to say... I am very lost right now and need help so please send advice, it really would mean a lot to me. I am young (17) but Peyronie's can happen at any age, so please don't tell me that I am discounted because there's a good chance that I have this, even though it is more likely to happen to older men. Thank you, MVP.

I think the loose skin and wrikles are from the changes to your penis based on scar tissue forming within your tunica.
You should not just wait and see and ask your doctor for the following:

* 400mg pentox 3x / day
* 5mg low dose cialis (taken at night)
* 15 days of Meloxicam (anti inflammatory)

Then off-the self supplements use: 3,000mg L-Citruline and 300mg Coq10. You can also try taking Vitamin-E 450mg/day.

Your lumps are most likely enlarge veins, you don't generally see the scars under your penis but see the dents and bents from their effects. Focusing on your lumps/veins might be counter-productive. You can try to trace the scars based on the curve.

You can also get an ultrasound to show you exactly where the scars are and if there is calcification.

You can tell your doctor about Erectile Dysfunction to get Cialis prescribed. Pentox is generally harmless so there's little reason not to take it.

Good luck.

Thank you for the reply, Hawk. I read the guideline that you linked. My main goal now is to try and figure out if the non-elastic scar tissue is causing the deformity or if the lose skin is causing less elasticity like the urologist implied. Would you know any good urologists that could correctly diagnose me in New Jersey (U.S.) ? I accidentally picked the wrong country by the way, I do live in the United States.

Hey man, thanks for the reply. I accidentally said that they were on the shaft but my lumps are actually on the top side of my penis (I fixed it now). However, I can see the the lump on the left side does have a blueish color to it, like a vein. I can't exactly see the same for the two on the right side, partially because I have skin discoloration right around it (unrelated to Peyronie's). Also, thank you for the advice.

I'd ask for low dose daily generic cialis (2.5-5mg).  It should do two things.  First, help w Erectile Dysfunction and secondly with long term use help remodel any plaque to healthy tissue.  For pain Try ibuprofen And if needed rub-on generic voltaren to the penis.  You might want to also start some light manual stretching.  Did either doc do a full workout for ED, including checking T and hormone levels?  It could also include an erect ultrasound to check for plaque and cause of ED.
