Pentoxifylline + Sildenafil Any Success Stories?

Hey All,
  Newbie here.. I'm a 34yr old man who started noticing something was a little off on May 1st 2020.. By the 2nd week of the month I was in a lot of pain after sex with my wife but didn't know why.. A few days later while masturbating I noticed a slight curvature where the head of my penis was going ever so slightly left...I immediately pushed to see a Urologist ASAP. The Dr diagnosed me with Peyronies and got me on Pentoxifyllline 400mg 3 times a day and a small 20mg tab of Viagra 3 times a day.. After 3 weeks the pain was almost gone and hadn't noticed any difference in curve.. I was feeling optimistic. Today I've been on the treatment a little over a month and have noticed some pain returning as well as a little increased curvature which is disheartening.  I'm supposed to be on this regiment for a full year and will have a follow up in another 2 months.. Has anyone had any success with what I'm on??.. I have read Pentoxifylline can take several months to show improvement.. for some folks the drug just keeps it from getting worse?  Any hope out there?? Trying to stay positive that getting on this treatment early will keep me from serious problems
