Does the disease always get worse? Or do minor cases sometimes just stay as minor cases? I am 19 years old and a few months ago I noticed an indent on the left side of my penis, and I am terrified that I might have the disease. The indent is only there when I am flaccid or semi hard, when I am erect I am fine and it is not noticeable. I have read people say it started out minor but got much worse seemingly overnight down the road, but I have also read people say it started out with major symptoms at the very beginning. I have recently been eating much healthier and taking much better care of myself physically which I have read can help a lot. This has taken a toll on me over the last few days when I started researching into this disease more. Im not 100 percent sure I have it as I have not seen a urologist, but I am pretty convinced I do have it and am in the early stages of it. I know they say to see a urologist and get a prescription for pentox first thing but I do not have insurance and I truthfully can not afford it. What should I be doing right now to help with this?

Hi, sometimes Peyronie's doesn't worsen.  But you're not sure you have it.  Can you sign up for affordable health care if you're working, or Medicaid if you're in a state that extended those benefits to single adults?  What about getting on any parents plan until your 24?  Having health insurance would help you get a diagnosis.  Meanwhile you may want to read the survival guide here: https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057

Hello,
It sounds like you might have a mild case. While flaccid. Press along a section of your penis.  If you feel any Lumps. You may have it. Do this to the whole shaft.

There are things you can do to mitigate the chances of it getting worse.

Do manual traction. Just for 1-2 minutes a day.  Compared to your case mine is a humdinger. Sometimes, when I have overworked my penis using a traction device. I get a pronounced bend. I usually rest for 1-3 days. Then I do manual traction. This help the small injury to heal correctly. I then leave for another 1-3 days to rest. After that the bend has usually subsided. If not I manual traction again and repeat the process. 100% of the time the small damage on me repairs.

Also, start taking a small dose of salidafil. You can get a pack of 10 blue pills 100mg from eBay for about $10. Buy a tablet breaker. Break 1 tablet into 3 equal sizes. Take 1 every morning. With food. You can take 1/2 tablet but no more.

Keep eating well. As you write its very important.

If your sexually active or masturbating. Give it a break. You need to give the little guy some rest and recouperation.

It's possible you may not have it at all, but If I knew what I know now about Peyronie's. When I first started showing symptoms. I would have done these measures. I'm 99 percent certain I could have stopped it before it progressed.

P.S: Take up cardio exercise. Cycling or jigging. To get oxygen into your blood. A gentle 10 min jog or 20 min cycle ride. Once Every day is sufficient.

Obviously, you dont always have to do all this things all the time, but as much as you can.
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.

Thank you for your reply, I do not feel any lumps at all, are they usually noticeably there when looking for themed? Also did you mean sildenafil? I looked up what you wrote and I dont see anything but it autocorrects to what I wrote previously. And I'll be honest I have been masturbating a lot over these past few months being stuck at home and bored all day long so maybe I have just overworked it? Sounds dumb when I write it but I'm guessing it may be a possibility. Thank you for your help, I will definitely take what you say and get right on it to make it better.

Im 24 and I have the same symptoms only I also get some aching in the bending spot, I do feel something in there that I cant really feel up anywhere else. Could just be a bumpy urethra, idk, hope so so much. I also tend to get poor blood circulation into my member, especcialy in the evening. Comes with glans numbness, solvable vis hot shower/ stretching, pelvic floor massaging.

I still cling to the hope that the symptoms are caused by tight pelvic area. I did recently discover I have extremely tight glutes when rolling them via hard ball pressing on the wall or floor. I read somewhere that could be the cause although the flaccid bend and small feelable bumps deep inside there... I dont know, does not seem like something caused by pelvic tightness.

Try doing some rolling yourself you might be tight from a lot of sitting and clenching. Try some stretching aswell and see if it gets you somewhere in a week or two.
24 yo. healthy individual with soft indentation in left side 1 cm under the glans, denting and 15° bending in the flaccid/semi-erect state and pain in the indentation area.
