Hello, my name is Jack and I'm 32 years old.  Otherwise healthy and fit.  This has been an incredibly stressful couple of months, I'm grateful for this forum.  Thanks for your time.

10 weeks ago, I injured my penis by masturbation, pushing it away from my body repeatedly. I've been doing this for at least a year, but was also doing some stretching immediately prior which I believe weakened the tissues, causing this masturbation technique to cause a problem.  The only symptom I felt immediately after was a weird burning sensation on right underside toward base.  Didn't think anything of it and stupidly kept masturbating like that and stretching for the next month.

One month later, all urologists could not feel anything abnormal during physical exam.  One urologist did an Ultrasound and found no fibrosis.

Below are my symptoms:

-Erectile Dysfunction - gets to 90% (at most) to start, then lose it every time.  Erection comes back very briefly right before I orgasm.  If I take some time off, this symptom improves.  In other words, after a few days off I can keep my erection during the entire time with constant manual stimulation.
-area of injury is still tender.  No pain when erect, but the area does feel tight when I get fully erect.
-Penis deviates to opposite side of injury (left).  Recently realized indentations on both sides of penis, which I can feel in the flaccid state are causing this bend.  Very noticeable during semi where I see either a bend at the mid shaft to or an hour glass or both. Although there is NO indentation during erection, other than a 10 degree deviation to left from base.  In other words, the penis itself is straight during erection.  Only flaccid and semi is there a bend.
-Urinary leakage.  When I sit down or stand up, more squirts out.
-Hard flaccid sometimes.  Other times soft flaccid.  Oscillates sometimes minute by minute.  This could have been happening prior to injury, definitely not certain.

Does the fact that there's no indentation or pain during erection (only tightness) mean anything?  Do you think this is Peyronie's or am I just recovering from an injury?  Or too early to tell?  Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
