my intro, looking for advice from Neo v and other vets
« on: August 20, 2018, 07:09:22 PM »

Hi , I am a 20 years old healthy college student and over the past year and a half I have been struggling with strong erectile dysfunction resembling venous leak. I have always had tight foreskin not phimosis level but still tight when erect and retracted. I was stretching my foreskin very conservatively and felt a stinging in my foreskin. I then had a swollen vein going from my foreskin down with erectile dysfunction and hard flaccid for a week. The hard flaccid transitioned into ultra soft flaccid almost like my penis had lost weight or muscle definition. I had strong erectile dysfunction and a much more cold, less sensitive penis. I also had stinging while peeing stinging with ejaculation and a burning sensation through my urethra that would last days after masturbation. Six months into these symptoms I found hope since I had absolutely no signs of calcification hourglassing or any curvature even in mid erect and all the symptoms of pelvic foor imbalance or cpps/ prostatis. My foreskin had always been a problem so I figured I will get circumcised and then deal with my pelvic floor. 2 weeks after circumcision I noticed I have very mild hourglassing in erect stated and 10 degree downward curve in mid erect state. My erectile dysfunction stayed the same after the surgery.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EvonT4wk4oM  according to this video peyronies is caused by microdamadge and poor penis health. I do not belive that My  erectile dysfunction was being caused by plaque for the last year because I had no signs at all of any deformity until right after my circumcison. I believe my erectile dysfunction for the last year has been the result of a tight weak pelvic floor and this lack of blood flow and bad penis health mixed with a surgery is what has suddenly caused my peyronies plaque formation. This has been a extremely hard pill to swallow and has put me in a bad mindset. I strongly believe that if I fix my pelvic floor I can cure my peyronies  because that is the root cause in my opinion. I am currently doing manual traction building up to an hour a day, my goal is 4 hours a day. Hours of heat therapy. l argine 3000 mg per day, cialis 2.5 mg every other day and vitamin e. I am also doing intermittent fasting and meditation. My main fear that has been killing me is that my pelvic floor is not the cause of my erectile dysfunction and that it has been calicification causing my erectile dysfunction this whole time.

Does anyone on here notice a connection between bad pelvic floor as a cause for peyronies?

How much improvment in erection can you get from traction VED and great diet?

I am also looking for a ved. I could not make one right now because of the terrible mind state im in but I am reasearching into buying one. If anyone has any good tips let me know as well.

I am deeply afraid of my worst case scenario that I will have to get an implant which is pretty much dominating my daily thoughts. Any advice for beating this mentally?

All advice is greatly appreciated Thank you

Welcome man. Sounds like you're doing what you can. I also had tight foreskin all my life which may have contributed to my ventral indentation. I have stretched my foreskin a bit in order to fix that, which has helped a lot.

Calcification won't happen unless you are "unhealthy" but what unhealthy means is only high insulin and lack of exercise. Vascular disease is caused by carbohydrates and insulin. The heart health hypothesis is dead, despite fake news such as "low carb will shorten your life" etc etc. Do not trust CNN, do not even trust Harvard. These researchers are forced to publish papers in order to keep their jobs and they follow the old dogma. They are also funded by the sugar and wheat industries (American Heart Association). Studies like this are absolutely garbage. Ignore headlines and stick to the real researchers and info on pubmed, reddit, and even youtube (that's right).

Eating carbohydrates damages the endothelial layer, damages nerves, increases tgf-beta, and therefore collagen deposition and fibrosis. My scars went from semi-hard to soft after a year on keto. A healthy penis comes from healthy veins.

If your pelvic floor is a problem, stop masturbating for weeks, never erection check, just let it be. Then definitely try reverse kegels.

What are you eating?

I have been eating an slightly poor diet in terms of carbs but going to improve in it when im back to being a student and not working long days. My diet is still above the average person. I strongly believe my calicification is a result of an uneven pelvic floor. Your video on masturbation is a life saver. I have been masturbating many times a day me penis. Im now going hard nofap.

I also forgot to mention two other big symptomd i have which are weak urnie stream. Burning soreness after peeing and soreness after ejacukation. After these I need to reverse kegel from the inflammation. The main cause of my inflammation hads to be my pelvic floor. Im going to do hard mode nofap and full body stretching for my pelvic floor and get a pelvic therapist. The most theraputic single exercise for me is rk . when mixed with manual traction it is even better. I am going to do this 4 hours a day minimum with pelvic floor style yoga. If my symptoms dont resolve i will purchase a therwand for myofascial release and trigger point therapy. I will also cut out carbs and eat veggies as opposed to wheat and grains. Also i am purchasing ved. If all of these do not completelu fix my erectile dysfunction and inflammation im sure they must help considerably. Thanks so much for the reply neo your advice means alot.

Ds300:

OK, sounds like that NeoV gave you some good advice. However, I firmly believe that you should schedule an appointment with a good regular Uro and get tested for a urinary infection and/or other urinary problems. The symptoms you present indicate to me that you could possibly have some infection/inflammation that needs to be addressed for a cure.

Let me know if you find what your problem is and how it was treated.

Best regards, Old Man

OK, did a retake on your post. Still think that NeoV has the right answers for you. Keep in touch with him. He has much more knowledge in the supplement, traction and manual stretching than I do.

Ds300, it sounds like you're doing everything right for pelvic floor dysfunction. I've hear of water fasting "curing" it and the symptoms as well (it also induces autophagy). Be careful if attempting it, but here is a good post on it: https://www.pegym.com/forums/penile-anomalies-injuries/54162-hard-flaccid-recovery.html
