Has anyone with a low resting heart rate experienced any issues with taking oral erectile dysfunction medication? I'm curious and kinda dealing with slight ED at the moment and premature ejaculation. Any other recommendations that could help with my ED and my erection quality as I am 24 healthy adult and at this point really frustrated about the situation and on the verge of just finding a really good penile implant doctor to get this situation fixed. thank you!
24 years old, In a relationship, started noticing symptoms on July 5th, 2025, hourglass deformity, mild pain, hinge only when semi-erect, indent on shaft. slight curvature semi erect. diagnosed, ice, heat, and a healthy diet.

ED Drugs tend to lower you blood pressure and should not affect your heart rate at all. Have you tried VED therapy or traction in your situation?
Lump 4/2020, age 63 , Dr Levine 6-26-20, Dors Curve 11/2020, Peyronies
Vit E400mg, COQ10, Heat Therapy, Penimaster, Pentox, Cialis, Restorex
SNHL 7/2020 - Stopped all Meds because ototoxicity  Heat/traction/VED are working. CPPS Diagnosis - Stable :)

Sparky: I agree with Mikel7. But i would add, that if you have heart issues you may be on Nitrates or put on nitrates soon and those medications are very iffy to mix with ED medications. Great cautions is advised. Consult with your doctor on this matter and try to get his opinion on using ED medications.

As for the implant.... put that idea on the back burner for a bit! :P
