Hello,  I had an accident 2 years ago and have erectile dysfunction, now, PDE5 doesnt work so well although I take the maximum dosis every day,  I would like to inform about implants.  What about losing penis size? Is this for sure? My penis is 15,8 cm long and 5,2 cm thick, the thickness is above average, is there a chance to keep it?  What implant would you recommend me?

Thank you very much for your advice

The greatest decision is choosing the surgeon.  That is what will determine if you lose size.  The surgeon makes all the difference.

I lost no length and I gained slightly in thickness or girth because I had a great surgeon that promised me my post-op size.

There are topics here that cover choosing a surgeon and choosing an implant: AMS LGX vs Coloplast Titan.

Some of the best, most experienced doctors will tell you that you will not lose length. If you are girthy, you need to go with a Coloplast Titan so you do not lose girth. The Boston Scientific brand is more slender and girth limited to a point. Cheers man. Sorry about the accident. Be sure that your doctor puts the accident as the primary cause and your ED is secondary due to the accident so it is covered by insurance. Many policies will not cover an implant solely for the purpose of conception. Cheers man. Sorry about the accident.
