Hello, new to the forum and glad there is a place to voice concerns.  I recently purchased a new pair of jeans that I thought fit well until last night while out I got an erection and my penis was bent in an uncomfortable manner. It wasn't for very long and I fixed the issue but after a few minutes my upper shaft on the bottom side has started aching like a throbbing pain. I didn't experience a popping noise and their is no bruising but have this throbbing pain in my penis now. I was hoping someone could shed some light on this and whether or not I should be worried. Thank You.

Blah1, probably nothing to worry about, wear looser jeans and boxer shorts, yes I know boxers aren't 'cool' but  style over comfort is a no-no
