Is Cialis necessary?

Hey guys,

Quick question: I'm currently taking Pentox, l-arginine, l-carnitine, and ubiquinol (in addition to verapamil shots and traction). I've noticed that a fair few people are also taking cialis or similar. I have no problems getting and maintaining a daily erection at the moment. Is cialis just used for that purpose, to ensure healthy daily bloodflow, or are there other benefits to be gained for those of us achieving regular erections?

Any information would be appreciated.

It is primarily intended for maintaining healthy blood flow to the penis. However, there is some anecdotal evidence that it may help in softening Peyronies plaque.

I personally stopped taking pentox and cialis. I don't notice a lot of difference between taking it or not other than somewhat better erection quality. I quit because of the price, possible strain on the liver and because it simply doesn't make much of a difference for me personally. I do take supplements though, work out, eat healthy and take hormones (which I dont advice btw unless you really need them). I think it's not necessary, but erections at night are important. There is a way to test if you get them or not.. wrap a strip of paper around your penis, glue it together (not too tight, but make sure it will snap if you would be erect) and go to sleep. If the paper snapped, you probably had an erection at night, if not.. maybe you don't get them. I'd retest this a couple of time just to be sure, but if done correctlt it's a pretty good way to know whats up.
