Hey , every body , finally after lot of searching there is a place where I can discusses my peyronies issue :P .
My name is Tommy and I am from Kingdom of Jordan , I am a biotechnologist 29 years old .
I hope every one doing well here progressing in curing .

Well first I have been diagnosed with peyronies disease before 6 moths when I noticed a light plaque on the right side of the shaft of my peni , I remember that i had some pain while  i have erections just before I noticed the plaque  but not for a long time , after that the symptoms starts to show .
I decided  to see a specialist doctor in Amman .
I went and yes he told me that you have a mild symptoms of Peyronies Disease . , he gave me Vitamin E 800 IU (pills), for 3 months , and L arginine for 1 time use only .
I went for my life normally , i hangout with girls and didn't give a s000t for my Peyronies Disease , after 3 moths i went back to the doctor he checked me out he told me that your condition is much good now and the plaque is soft again not too hard like the first you came . now what I said , he told me nothing just let it go it will disappear by time and the curve with gone !
another 3 moths passed already now i am writing to you
guys my CURVE still the same with out any pain while erection , but I am afraid that it could went worse during time cause the curve still exist its like 25 degree to the left , still having a good erection though . should I see another Dr

Welcome man, I'm 29 too.

Sadly this disease is for life, even if you more or less cute yourself. Most doctors know nothing about it, and simply taking vitamin E and arginine is far from enough. Most of us have to alter our sexual habits, do traction daily or VED therapy and take multiple supplements or drugs such as Cialis and pentox to prevent the fibrosis. Try to see a true specialist on the disease, and educate yourself about traction and VED therapy. Personally, what worked for me was traction, less sexual activity, and diet with supplements at times. Let us know what questions you have and read around here and post!

I can only repeat what NeoV has already stated. It is a challenge to find a doctor who is actually experienced in treating Peyronies. Sounds like your doctor gave you the standard "Take vitamin E and we will see if this goes away on its own".
You have to be proactive about it.

Tommy;

As has been said, you need to see a more Peyronies aware urologist. Vit E won't do you any harm, but it won't do much for your Peyronies either.

As for wait and see, I despair!  It's the very last thing you should do. In 99% of cases you will only 'wait and see' the disease progress.

Yes, you need to be proactive.
