For the people who use Iodine for treatment what strength do you use? I see a lot of ppl using 5 to 10% Lugol and was wondering how that worked. I'm currently using a powerful 46% lugol idione, but this is the start of my 2nd week. How often do you guys apply it? Thanks.

I use Lugol for skin which is concentrated. 20 g bottle contains 200mg Iodum and 400mg Kalii Iodidum. The rest is water and glycerin with no alcohol. For transfer through the skin and mix it 50/50 with 100% DMSO and apply daily. Iodine with alcohol is good for supplement the body with Iodum. When you apply it on the skin the body takes it within a few hours or minutes depending of the deficit.
