Hey guys. Long time reader, new poster. I have a small plaque near the base on the left side causing curvature but does not affect sex. Two days ago I was with my girlfriend and we were fooling around a bit. She ended up slightly kneeing me in the penis while it was errect. She kneed me on the underside. It wasnt too hard or too painful but definetely noticeable. The rest of the night I was pretty sore. I saw my urologist yesterday who confirmed there was no fracture. My quesion is, I am experiencing symptoms very similiar to whatever caused my current plaque. Being that I am aware of the incident this time and caught it quick, what can I take to minimize the chance of scar tissue forming?

I am currently taking : 500MG Naproxen Twice daily, L-Arginine, Fish Oil, Cirtruline and a standard multivitamin.

Thanks in advance.

I would add Ubiquinol 200-300 mg per day and ACAR 500 mg 3x per day.

If it were me I would ditch the naproxin and use a topical anti-inflamatory.  Do what you are comfortable with.

VED, Pentox, low dose Cialis and Ubiquinol as goodluck stated.
L-Arginine and Citrulline you are taking already may help also

Light manual traction might help it heal correctly. Before Peyronie's starts there is usually a kind of hematoma trapped in the penis causing it to bend before the scarring actually forms. Traction seems to "drain" whatever it is for me and stop all bending when I'm sore. Be very very careful. Otherwise it sounds like you're on the right track. You could also try hyperthermia, something hot such as a heating pad or rice sock.
