Hello dear forum-members, admins, guests.

I'm 26 year's old and it appears I am officially diagnosed with Peyronies Disease.

It all began 2 months ago when I suddenly woke up with a very painfull erection, I immediatly noticed a dent en felt a hard lump 0,3 inch in lenght and thickness in my left distal corpus Cavernosum.  I was devastated and horrified. After doing some research I found out I might have Peyronies Disease. I saw several uro's the past last weeks. The first uro suggested 'the wait and see' procedure. I waited for 3 weeks but nothing changed, even until today. The second one made an MRI/MR scan (with contrast)  because he was not sure if it was Peyronies Disease or a trombosed vein. The MRI-scan came out negatif, weird, no sign of Peyronies Disease or trombosed veins.. he suggested I should take some viagra and go on with my life..

I started to read this forum and started with some oral supplements like vit E, CoQ10, magnesium, L-arginine potabo,.. This was in the 2nd week sinds I had these symptoms.

To be clear my symptoms are:
#1 The first couple of days painfull erections and a hard flaccid pennis (after those few days no painfull erections anymore and my penis began to come more flexibel again)
#2 A dent in my penis (hourglass) at the left corpus cavernosum, no real curvature is noticible.
#3 Soft glans when penis is erect (I can have hard glans when i force myself.., but I don't) I can clearly feel I have not enough bloodflow to my glans..
#4 I can feel a pea (it is hard as a rock) When erect it feels like a hard guitar string.. but the dent itself feels soft!
# I have no ED, it appears to be a strong erection, only my glans is softer than normal.
#5 Untill last week I had a strange painfull pelvic feeling. I took some Aspirin and the pain went away. Luckely I am totally painfree at the moment.

I Don't recall any real trauma or accident that may have caused my condition. I feel very sorry for myself .. some bad thoughts even came up... I try to work alot so I don't have to  think about it all the time.

Today I met a true expert/prof in uro (one of Belgium's finsest, he studied at the best college in our country) , he diagnosed me directly. He suggested we needed to start a treatment ASAP. Next week I have my first appointment with ESWT to stop the inflammatoir proces and increas the local bloodflow, (this for 4 week) He also put me on cialis 5 mg a day (best to take it in the evening). I also mentioned pentox, but he made studies and said pentox won't be any kind of help. He see's many many people with this condition.. Lets pray for the best.

Anyone with an simular issue like my Peyronies Disease, please some advice/suggestion would be highly appreciated!
Dearest regards,

Kami.

It seems that you're still in the active phase, so yes, now is the time to attack this to try and minimize the damage.

Your Uro is right about blood flow, it's essential in a healthy penis. Cialis 5mg is good. Pentox there are now differing opinions about. ALC is something you should look at, along with Citrulline Malate. A lot of other supplements have their exponents. The truth is that every case can differ and what works for one may not for another.

Also look at the section on VED, it may well help with your developing hourglassing.

Thank you, I wll look for those supplements soon, Is cialis also effective when the penis is not erect?

I Will read the VED board soon, so it is true I can make this hourglass shape undon?

I started the cialis yesterday and the penis gets erect nicely, also had soms nighttime erection (butt still not enough bloodflow to my glans.. how long will it take for cialis to be effective? Or do I have to be more patient?

When the erection stopped I felt a sore pain and hard strings in my whole penis? It felt pretty inflameted, please any help?

Greets,

Kami

Cialis is PDE 5 inhibitor. It blocks the action of something called cGMP which is a neurotransmitter for 5GMP which is the enzyme that causes the penis to deflate when an erection is no longer needed. A normal dose is 15-20mg for sexual activity. 5mg is a maintenance dose that helps to keep the blood vessels in the penis dilated.

The plaque may be the cause of insufficient blood reaching your glans. You have to understand that none of us are doctors, we only offer help for newcomers based on our own experience. Every case of Peyronies can be different, all You can do is try the various treatments that you read about here and find out what works for you.

The pain may well be from the plaque.

What is important is that you hit this with everything that seems to help. If you're going to try VED, read the section on its use very carefully. Incorrectly used it can cause serious damage to your penis. Never, ever over pump!
