Im new to this forum and i will look for a thread that is more specific to my questions but this is close so i will try to get some help from you guys here.

My peyronies started right after i had a vasectomy.  dr says there is no correlation and that it was just a coincidence.  I have no memory of trauma but i had started to use cialis periodically for about a year before my vasectomy and was using it after.  I clearly had some ED before but it wasn't that bad and if i didn't take challis, i could still have sex, especially on top.  i would go limp when my wife was on top for long.  Thats why i started taking the challis. kind of to enhance the experience.

Anyways, i got a vasectomy about 10 months ago and the peyronies started right after.  first it was pain that i associated with the vasectomy(even though everyone i know said the pain from vasectomy went away pretty quick).  I did not masterbate or try to have sex for about 10 days after vasectomy.

so, 10 months ago, march of 2015, i had the vasectomy.  after a few months of feeling a lack of sensation sexually and having some pain, i went to the dr.  he found the plaque i guess you call it and diagnosed me.  That was early last summer.  the whole summer it kept getting worse and worse, curving to the right from about 1/3 way from the top.  I had no sex but continued to masterbate even though i had pain.  sometimes lots and lots of pain.

i went back to the dr(he had told me there was nothing i could do until pain subsided), and he told me again i have to wait until pain subsides.  that was like october.  since then the pain(only during erection) has decreased 65-75%.  But i have, since the vasectomy, experienced a major lack of sensation and i now have ED, full on.  I even took a challis last night and could not have sex, stopping halfway though.  i feel like i have lost 2" in length somehow and cannot get really hard.  even with Cialis, i am like 70% hard and lost 2" off say 9" and lost girth.  its now only curved like 15-20 degrees i guess but i have multiple nodules throughout the shaft, on both sides and on top i can feel.

This has pretty much killed my sex life.  I am 40 years old and its looking now like my best sex is behind me.

Does anyone have experience related to ED drugs, vasectomy, loss of sensation, etc etc?  I have no idea why this happened to me or what caused this but i now am not effective in bed, penis is way smaller in all regards, it doesn't really feel great to have sex(still some pain involved, almost a numbness).

Hi Mate, I have also just posted my first Q on this forum. If it helps to know I am in the same boat(minus the vasectomy) and i am only 17 fair to say i am very scared too. But i have noticed that diet massively will be the first step to improving your erectile function, what does your diet consist of?

I am from south Texas so I eat meat, potatoes, gravy, veggies. Pretty heavy diet. I am lucky. I am 40 but only weight about 15# more that when I was 18.

Basically I need to stretch out to pre-peyronies.
