I've been wondering I've been taking CoQ10 Ubiquinol, L Arginine, Magnesium and regular L Acytel for about a month now, how long would it be until I see results and does watching porn and masturbating interfere with the healing process and make it worse?

Hey Kenji,

For me personally the way I treat my penis has had a bigger effect that supplements have by a long shot. While there is no good way to test this or know exactly, I can say that I've been without flare ups and flaccid deformity or pain for nearly a year now since living with my wife. The major difference has been that I just haven't ever had a chance to masturbate. Sex itself is more gentle and somehow seems to relieve my deformity as long as I'm careful.

For some odd reason my Peyronie's, as in permanent erect deformity, had always been a result of episodic flaccid flare ups after sex or masturbation. My penis would twist almost 360 degrees at times since I was 18 or so. After the flare ups stopped, things started looking and feeling better.

When you masturbate stay hard and relaxed, don't do it with clenched muscles and a less than hard penis. Take your time with it

That being said, I've taken a lot of supplements, have two bowls of blueberries a day, take pine bark and exercise so it all must be adding up.

Let me just say that you should try to lessen the frequency at least, give your penis a break and then have good erections. I remember how hard that was, damn... Always wanted to check my erections, which only lead to more problems.

Keep in mind there's no guarantee those systemic drugs will help at all.  They didn't for me.
