I was wondering about everyone's experience with flaccid penis shape and size changes. I have noticed that my penis has gotten quite weak, almost feels lifeless and disconnected from the body and much more narrow than every before. The skin has also gotten very rubbery. Is this something that anyone else with peyronies has noticed?

Thanks Ahead of time

You are not alone. Many on the forum including myself experienced/experiencing what you have asked.

James
Age 71, Peyronies from Jan 2009 following penis fracture during sex. Severe ED.
Lost 2" length and a lot of girth. Late start, still VED, Cialis & Pentox helped. Prostate surgery 2014.
Got amazing support on the forum

Yup, somewhat wrinkle at times. However, I believe traction has been very helpful for me and getting on it ASAP has kept me from losing and actually gaining 3/4" in flaccid length and a gain in flaccid girth of about 1/2" as well.

Voltage

Rolled up skin right under the head at all times and when in erect, the pink area underneath the head is 1/3rd my total length. It's not fun.

I've been doing traction with Phallosan forte pretty regularly now Quack Attack and I haven't seen gains in months. Tbh, I went cold turkey on pentox and L-Arginine because the pills almost make me gag from swallowing on a daily basis. Can you tell me how many hours you get in, what traction device, what medications you're taking and how many a day??

Great progression report btw, that's encouraging.
Loss of erections since 2014.
Slight bend to left, used to be straight.
8 Hrs of Phallosan Forte daily.
20mg Tadalafil from River Pharmacy daily.
Two unique c*ck rings for maintenance.
Erection quality sufficient for s*x when all used together.

Voltage,

I am two and a half weeks in on the Pentox, been taking 1000mg of acetyl l carnitine (500mg twice daily) and 5oomg Mag Citrate (250mg twice daily) and I have been using the Size Genetics traction device for 4 1/2 months. I try to get in a minimum of 4 hours a day in 2 hour sessions. If I am not shuffling the kids or myself to martial arts or sports, I'll try to get to 6 hours by completing another two hours once the kids are in bed. You have to understand there is nothing quick about fixing this problem. I jumped on everything I saw on the Internet that made sense to me expecting to get over this quickly. My doctor specializes in Peyronies and he said the same thing, time and patience. He gets 60% good results with Pentox, traction and l-arginine. He said that most people aren't compliant and committed to 4 hours per day, but those that do are more likely to see good results and that includes Xiaflex and traction per Dr. Levine's protocol.

My question for you is: How good of a stretch does your Phallosan Forte give? I have been thinking of getting one to use for nighttime use on a low to moderate tension to as many hours in as possible.

Voltage

It's very comfortable. I have managed to go to sleep with it on a few occasions. But I mostly just wear it under my pants and go about my day. There are no measurements with the device, there are instead three colors that represent different levels of tension. Green, Yellow and lastly Red. I always stretch in the Yellow and Red zones for a minimum of 4 hours a day. I did read a graph that applies measurements to said colors, but it's not official;

Their claim is Maximum reach of Green is 1.87lb, Yellow is 3.31lb and Red is 6.61lb.

The only medication I've been taking for months now is my megalis pills from riverpharmacy. I'll have to cut up pentox and L-arginine if they truly make that big of a difference. I can't swallow them everyday, but I can drink them broken up I guess. I think I've gotten lazy with my issue. I have to sort my life out.. Do you think it's too late to make a full recovery even though my plaque is long past the acute phase? I barely visit this forum anymore out of denial I guess.

Volt,

Based on what I have seen from Dr. Levine on the internet, no you can still benefit, especially from Xiaflex and traction. Have you gone to a URO lately and have they done an ultrasound to identify if your plaque has calcified? I wouldn't give up. As my son's football coach says: "Would you rather be the hammer or the nail?" You have to be the hammer even if the nails keep bending in the hope that eventually one goes in straight. I guess you can say pun intended; didn't even see the connection till I typed the period. The point is all of us dealing with this problem need to suck it up and fight back and not roll over.
