In researching dosage for Vitamin E for Peyronies, I have noticed 400mg as standard. I have also seen people saying that Vitamin E isn't working for them. Does anybody have any thoughts on the typical medical protocol suggests 400 mg. It is pretty well known that the FDA in the US holds to the RDA standard, but that standard is woefully under dosed for therapeutic purposes. Does anybody have any experience taking 1200-1600 mg a day with any level of success?

I don't think you'll find one person on the entirety of this forum that feels Vitamin E did anything for them. It's perhaps the oldest and most useless "treatment" recommended for Peyronies Disease, so I wouldn't spend too much time worrying about the correct dosage.

I fully agree with Nemo on this. I consulted with experienced Dr. who confirmed that people did not have any improvement after consuming Vitamin E. I was prescribed Vitamin E and Cod fish oil and can say that it did not help me a bit with Peyronie's. Shortly after I changed the doctor and was given Pentox for almost 2 years. There have been some improvements from that.

If urologist gave you Vitamin E as a treatment, be quick to schedule an appointment with someone else.

It ll not kill u. My uncle has used it for three years n it worked. After some years he doesnt have a plaque anymore. Maybe it wasnt that. But who knows. Its a very cheap thing n even help to improve ur health. There is another spanish case in which the guy has used it for two years n the plaque disappeared too.
