I had pentox for 6 months. I saw that my plaques are better and more small. I never had pain and my erections always was good and now too. I am reading now that some members have a regresion of the hard plaque when they stop pentox. Is this usual? I dont understand the sciencist cause of this regresion. Is casual or normally when the pentox stop the disease worst. Thx a lot.

Theoretically like any other medicine administered for a long time it may carouse relapse should you stop taking it at once. Go off smoothly reducing the dosage slowly.

In my opinion PTX is at the best useless for Peyronies Disease as it all subjective impression when it "helps" or when it "makes the things worse" upon giving up. If it worked Peyronies Disease would not be that big problem by far....

Born 1985, Peyronie's since 2011/12. Lost approximately 3 cm of length and seriously bottlenecked.

Stopped Pentox after 18 months (3*400 mg daily) because of immune system problems.
Had no any regression, stopped more than two years ago!!!

Studies carry more weight than your opinion, which is why Pentox is one of the recommended treatments on this forum.
This is an emotionally destructive condition, we all have it, let's be nice to each other.
