Bottlenecking

Hi everyone, I have some pretty severe bottlenecking towards the base of my dick... Does anyone know what the cause of bottlenecking is? I don't appear to have any scar tissue where the bottleneck occurs so I'm not sure what is causing the deformity.

Yeah is commonly called hourglassing, the scar tissue often is not visible or palpable. May take a doppler ultrasound to see it.
