Well it's my first post...I've had Peyronies Disease for nearly 3 years..stable..but I've lost 1-1.5 CM length and maybe .5CM girth.  It's really bothering me as I'm now divorced.  When I was married for the last 13 years it was no big deal even when the last few years I developed Peyronies Disease, it was just more challenging.  Haven't measured my upward curve but it's prob 30-40 degrees with some hourglass effect. My length now is 5CM when measuring the entire shaft with the curve but straight on measuring, if you know what I mean, is 4CM. And that's just not enough for me to feel any confidence to go out dating.  I'm 45 and feel like I screwed with this disease to the point that I've turned down dates.  I've not yet tried VED or traction but did purchase a Post Vac device but haven't tried as I'm kinda scared of doing more damage honestly.  I have the time to try traction but my problem is I spend a lot of time traveling in my car for my job and I'm not sure if it will work sitting for so long...but I digress as I know this isn't a device part of the forums.

Any way..I'm taking 300mg of CoQ10 and not cheap CoQ10 either..this stuff is a gel cap and is liquid and is not cheap.  I also take basic Acetyl L Carnatine(1000mg day). I think I should be taking 2000mg though so I'm going to bump it up. I've been taking both for 2 months now and haven't noticed anything....yet.

Primary reason for this first post is I ordered Aterenon "The tomato pill" made in Europe for my heart prevention.  It's been clinically proven to reduce LDL Oxidation by 90% after 3 months of daily usage in studies, it also has shown in a recent study presented at the AHA to significantly improve endothelial function and makes arteries more flexible published in PLos.  It's really a miracle little Lycopene pill.  There technology allows it to be highly absorbed in the bloodstream..it's only 7mg of Lycopene but all 7mg gets into the bloodstream rather than 99% of most other supplements that u just piss out.  You can google it and read up.  Reason I'm posting is it just hit me...Lycopene has been well studied to greatly affect the male area and Lycopene being a strong anti inflammatory along with improving blood flow also effects Nitric Oxid sensitivity greatly.  I'm starting Aterenon tomorrow and will let you know as it will be my only change I will have made.  Also, the same company also now has Aterenon active for men which is Curcumin supplement with the same absorption technology.  I've been following this tomato pill since it first was released in 2009 and have waited for the trials to come in and they have with positive results.

Any way...sorry I'm long winded and thanks for listening.

Ok so my measurements should have been in inches not CMs, lol. Not sure why it changed it. Weird.

Thanks for the info. I will have a look into the lycopene.

By the way it is recommended to take ubiquinol instead of CoQ10 if you're over 40 since the body's ability to process CoQ10 reduces as you get older.

Fremason;

I would suggest you look at using VED. it may well help. It's a long, slow process, so patience is needed

I am eating a lot of tomatoes, much cheaper than the pills.
Why not to try VED, Pentox and low dose Cialis?
I have to mention that as Jonbinspain wrote about VED, ALL the oral treatments also are a marathon and not a sprint.

Thanks for the encouragement. Well if I could find a doctor to prescribe me Pentox or Cialis etc. I would take it. I don't have any cardio problems that I know of. Doesn't Cialis cause a erection though? I see some on here are taking Cialis or other ED meds..is it just for Peyronies Disease? Or also ED? I don't have an issue getting erect.

Oh also forgot to add..I do take Ubiquenol. It's actually got I think 150 IU of vitamin E in it also.  It's great quality Ubiq.

The reason people that don't have ED are taking low dose Cialis is that together with Pentox may soften the plaques.
Vitamin E will not help with Peyronies, but will not harm you also. :)
Ubiquinol is a good supplement, I was taking for a while. Can't find it where I am living and with the shipment is becoming to expensive.

Thanks James.  Just for your FYI the Aterenon Tomato pill I just started taking is the equivalent of eating 6 pounds of Tomaotes...yes 6 pounds.  I don't know how many that equates to but it's a crap load.  And that's 1 pill...you take just one a day.  They have worked on and studied this tomatoe pill for nearly a decade now with actual published results in peer reviewed journals..cardiovascular studies.  Just FYI.

Thanks for the info Freemason.
No I am not eating 6 pounds of tomato a day :) I just eat around 1/2 pound if the wife don't forget to buy. :(
